FIBERTOWN Welcomes Operations Executive for Texas Data Centers

With two colocation data centers in Houston and Bryan/College Station, FIBERTOWN is in rapid growth mode. The mission to align organizational infrastructure with always evolving data center services is the number one priority as FIBERTOWN continues to scale the company.

 

“Garreth is a natural leader who brings extensive experience to our operations as we expand our data centers and extend our geographic reach,” said John Clanton, CEO at FIBERTOWN. “His proven ability to direct successful operations across delivery units aligns with our growth goals, and we are thrilled to have him join our team.”

 

Speer brings more than 13 years managing complex IT environments with the ability to map internal technology products and service capabilities to business needs. He comes to FIBERTOWN from his role as vice president of infrastructure development at JPMorgan Chase.

 

His leadership roles have also included positions in the legal, hospitality and chemical industries. Speer carries prestigious certifications including Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), ITILv3, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), MCITP Enterprise Administrator (MCITP) and Microsoft Certified Senior Engineer (MCSE).
